  1. Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong product AND unused.

  2. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: In the event you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

  3. Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase.

  4. Custom and Personalized Orders: We do not accept returns for custom or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  5. Refunds (if applicable): Refunds will only be issued for unused defective, damaged, or wrong items, and will be processed using the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  6. Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns, unless the return is due to a defect, damage during shipping, or if the wrong item was sent.
